Fortuanately no MAC teams have scheduled Number 4 Appalachain State this year. Hope for underdogs everywhere- somewhere, on a beach in Hawaii an ex-Chaminade basketball player is nodding his head and saying"Yeah, those feel good" before he paddles out for his next set.

Appalachian Freakin' State beats #5 Michigan in the Big House. Could we see more? I for hope we do in BG beating Minny tonight. If App St can hang with the big ole boys of UM we can hang with Minny easy. I looked up Minny depth chart and they don't seem nowwhere near as big on OL as Wisky was. I think their biggest DT was like 6'5 310 with no plethora of fat boys. I eerily becoming more confident about this game. Awwww Yeaaaah.

but seriously, michigan has shown yet again that they cannot handle a team with a mobile QB.

the real sad part of this from the standpoint of a BG or any other mid-major fan, despite the loss to a 1-AA team, michigan can STILL make the rose bowl by winning the weak big eleven (wisconsin down early to wazzou 14-7). yet, when a MAC or any other mid-major has a great season, they can't sniff the big bowls. and god forbid they have a down week and are upset like UM was today.

Further evidence that the Big Ten is the most overrated conference year in and year out. Biggest upset in college football history in my opinion. The Big Ten should be renamed to the Big Joke. This reflects poorly on their entire conference and I couldn't be more ecstatic!!!!!!!

This sucks, I'm stuck at work and don't have access to a TV. Thank God for foxsports.com gametrackers.
I can't wait to see the highlights of this one. If any Michigan fan opens his mouth, we'll always have this game to remind them of. Fantastic stuff. I'd like to thank App. St. for opening the door for Penn St. to take the Big Ten.
