Yikes, at least when we (SBX, U bookstore) make shirts they are in the right colors/design.

Maybe they could use a graphics guy with some time on his hands??

Some tasteless, needs-a-queer-eye Rocket fan once printed up T-shirts that featured a Rocket (who looked more like a shark) taking a leak on our traditional Falcon logo.

The piece of trash was contacted by the University, which informed him he was infringing on our trademark.

I suspect the same dirtbag is behind those T-shirts.

From the Rocket message board. So they must have just changed the Falcon to a generic bird instead of our actual logo.

Do you think they realize that the Rocket looks like a shark and that Rocket's don't actually urinate so the whole thing doesn't make sense? :shrug: Hey, I am all for tasteless humor when it makes sense, but this is just plain stupid.

This is interesting to me... I could understand not using the logo due to trademark and copyright laws. But I would imagine that "BGSU" also might fall under the same types of laws.

Was this T-shirt sanctioned by the University of Toledo? It couldn't possibly be. They're not THAT low, are they?

No. They have verified that it is in fact a fan that is doing this.

How great would it be to be knocking their crap that they made at the same game. We know what they are making, so why not?

I also notice that if you tilt the BG helmet to it's proper position that the BG would be falling down hill. Not very symetrical. Neither was their urinating shark.
