The opening of the SEBO center should be a sellout, no matter what other factors exist. I'll be pissed if it's anything less. I don't have much of a right to be pissed, since I can't make it, but I still will be.
If the attendance is poor, we have nobody to blame but ourselves for swapping Boise for Temple to open the biggest project in BG football history (I think).

I agree with you, but it shouldn't matter if we are playing St. Xavier All-Girls School for the Blind...All that should matter is that BG is playing. And until that happens, we all need to STFU about that other superfluous stuff about respect, getting over looked, etc.moneymaker02 wrote:i think a lot of you are overshooting as far as attendance goes. you forget that if we get 20,000 the place practically looks full. I'm guessing around 17,000-18,000. This will not be because of the student body, it will be because we are playing temple, and outsiders don't wanna watch Temple play.

Kent State had roughly 8,755 fans at Dix Stadium for their opener against Delaware State. 8,755 for a team picked to win the East by the majority of writers. Wow....
Whatever we get for Temple, 23,000 or 13,000....The Freaks will have 4 fans present and accounted for. BG has a lot of factors that don't favor our attendance every year. All I can control is our family.
Let's just tee it up at Perry Stadium Saturday at noon and ROLL ALONG.
GO BG
