Post by BGSUVA »

also one that sticks out is aTm +3.5 @ Miami
as does Louisville is- 37 vs. Cuse (is Louisvilles D worse than Syracuse O?
Mich State -14 @ nd (M STate screwed me last week and have lost two straight vs. the spread)
Purdue - 13 @ Minnesota

This is for entertainment purposes only, of course

Syracuse is one of the ten worst teams in the country. They have really hit hard times.

ND is just as bad.

BG -21? Three TD's is a pretty big spread for this team...Temple has shown signs of life this year except for Buffalo.

Need to jump all over them early and take them out of the game.

I think it was a similar line last year. Maybe -18 or so... The woman went to Vegas that week, and I ALMOST had her put our wedding budget on Temple to cover... *sigh*

That's a hefty spread even it is Temple.
But we all know what happened last year.. I think we come out on fire and fired up.
But Temple just got hosed Saturday, so they'll be ready, too.
We need to be on our game and have a chip on our shoulder because of what they did to us last year.

IIRC, BG was a 28-point favorite last year.

Temple is a lot better than most people think and this game is anything but a gimme.

Until I see us blowing teams out again, I'll always take the other team ATS when it's that BiG.

This is a really tough one to gauge. I think we'll win, but i'm not convinced it's going to be easy. Which team has more motivation? BG, after being embarassed last year, or Temple, after getting de-pantsed by the officials on Saturday? Should be a fun one.

I think that BG will definitely have more motivation...plus, they have got to be happy that they finished their Big 10 schedule at 1-1...and I'm sure a little disappointed that they didn't beat MSU. I think they feel they should have won that game and Sheehan definitely thinks that the Falcons should beat any team they play, even if it's the Colts. This is BG's year in the MAC and they are going to be rested and ready to go on Saturday to start the Streak 2.0...Revenge is best served on your home turf...Defend our Turf!!!
