What are the instant replay rules in college football?
It seems like there are an inordinant number of replays in the college game this year. I understand calling for a review on the Temple fumble near the end zone at the end of the half and the review of Lewis' strip and TD return, but why did they waste time reviewing Barnes' catch in the first half that was obviously a catch? Give the coaches a challenge or two per game, but let the officials call the game.

Re: Instant Replay
Every play is reviewed by the replay officials. If the replay officials need extra time, they "buzz" the refs on the field and play is stopped for further review. Coaches get one challenge, as long as they have at least one timeout available.BGGrad01 wrote:What are the instant replay rules in college football?
