ESPN Top 10 Plays of the Day

Post by AZZZZ »

I don't see a thread started on this, sorry if so. Did anybody see that the catch by Temple 88 (I think) made the Top 10 Plays of the Day on last night's SportsCenter. I think our field and stands looked pretty good in the background and the guys said Temple didn't win but they were improving.

I also thought it was pretty classy that we gave him a "light" applause for that catch, it was pretty awesome, imho and I thought it deserved recognition.

Great times yesterday.

That's awesome. As soon as it happened, I thought it was SportsCenter worthy, but I thought our game was too low profile for it to make the cut.

It was a heck of a catch, and a lot of Falcon fans couldn't help but applaud. I was proud of us as fans at that moment.

Is anyone going to put up the highlight on You Tube?

I really want to see this catch. I posted on the MAC board hoping someone has the clip.

When did it happen in the game? I left in the second half and missed it...3rd qtr?...4th? I might maybe be able to post it if I can find it :-)
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

It was in the fourth, on one of Temple's two garbage touchtown drives. It's worth seeing. He pulled it in with one hand.
