I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere on here yet, so, I will mention that in the "Game Balls" section of the PD's "Big College Sunday," Tyler Sheehan was named "Mr. Ohio" for his performance on Saturday. Something tells me that this is, along with MAC POW, is only the beginning of Tyler's accolades.

Pretty high praise considering the rout that tOSU had against that high school team in Northwestern. It would have been easy to give that to Robinske or Boeckman from that game. Congrats to Tyler, and I also believe he's on pace to break Omar's yardage record of 4002 from 2004.

If Tyler maintains the pace he is on he's looking at the following stats

384/592 Completions/Attempts (64.9% Completions)
4,232 Passing Yards
28 TD Passes
16 INT's

88 Rush ATT
112 Rush YD's
4 Rush TD

These #'s are based on the regular season - obviously the pace would be increased if we played in a MAC Championship or Bowl Game....For what it's worth, Tyler is currently also on pace for

4 REC
96 REC YD's
4 REC TD's

Coincidently, Corey is on pace to throw for those exact numbers

....Wouldn't that be sweet.
