Boston College isn't that special.
Neither is Michigan State.
Make no mistake, BC is a better team than Michigan State. They're not great, but they're most likely good enough to beat us even if they don't bring their best. We would have to play great, get some breaks, and hope they sleepwalk for a while to get the win. It's not impossible, but it's an awfully tall order.
It won't be impossible to beat them, but I think we had a a lot better chance of beating Ohio State in 2003 than we do Boston College with this year's team. Not saying we are bad or Boston College is that great, but when you talk about playing a top 15 team on the road, I think the gap in overall talent will be a little too much. I agree with not overlooking WKU though, we definitely CAN lose that game. I just want to go to Chestnut Hill 3-1, and I don't care how it happens. If we come back 3-2, we're still 1-0 in the MAC.
