Technically speaking, I think printed material is libelous, not slanderous.
You'd also have to prove damages. Given the fact that this site has maybe 1000 or so regualr readers, most of whom have already purchased tickets and/or have formed an opinion about UT in general, I would think you'd have a tough row to hoe in a countersuit.
(I'm sorry if the use of the word "hoe" in a context other than that of a UT sorority girl has proven confusing)

duh
what are you going on about? I didn't say anything nor care how many people come here, it's about one guy with two different stories saying crap. Are you that ignorant to not be able to read them and not see that they're different? Or can only read every other word unless there's pictures accompanying them and instead resort to the namecalling stupidity.

Re: I smell a lawsuit!!
You, my friend, are exactly right. We just studied this today in law class...constitutional law. Protecting us, from the government. The government would include state universities, and this would be a discrimination of a certain group, BG, with no legitimate basis for doing so.factman wrote:UT is a state university and I wouldn't think they have a right to discriminate who they sell tickets to, to a public event. Anyone want to call the Ohio Attorney General's office?
We might as well beat them on the field and legally too!!
Garsh i feel smart!

why dont you all get a grip and realize that Toledo is going to win, you aRE ALL FUCKIN FAGETS
Wow, imagine that, another UT fan that can't spell. I would think that if you are going to come on someone else's board, that you would at least be able to spell the insults.

You know moron, it is possible that both did happen. I know if I went there and didn't get tickets I'd still need some. Which means I would go home and try to call. Go back to your own boards, your kind isn't needed here.

According to his posts, one of the times his buddy and him went there. Another time he called and then his wife called. I don't see how that is funny. Maybe if your ticket people were so bad at their jobs, people could just get tickets right when they need them and not having to trick the ticket office.Shrakkrocket wrote:you're right, they could. Not at the same time though. Did he call or go there? did his buddy call or go there? He would be pretty dumb to do both. Funny how he doesn't mention both at the same time rather each rather of factly happened seperately.

And check out that creative screen name! I've never heard that one before. The trophy truck is heading to his place to give him an award for creativity!HoustonFalcon wrote: Wow, imagine that, another UT fan that can't spell.
