No, I didn't, only what I saw from the stands.

Interesting, I thought the running into was a good call...I would have taken the rough though (and quite an act job by BGs punter)!

I thought I saw 2 hands on the mid section, pushing (actually pulling) the punter down to the ground.

We will be a power again!

Go Falcons!

I would agree with you on that if we had gone for the touchdown on 4th down, and as someone else has mentioned, if we still had our starting line in. But seeing as how it wasn't the starting line, as well as the score at the time, I can see running a few passing plays to make sure that our backups can get some real game time reps in.

I'm just looking at last week...we kicked at FG at roughly 8:30 to go, but spiked it by running a four down, no FG or longer pass offense from then on. I'm also looking at year's past when Brandon has been pretty quick to call the dogs off....not to say we didn't score alot late, but there's not much you can do when the other guys won't tackle on returns, runs up the middle or interceptions.

I y think tacking the FG on that late in a blow out was somehing of a departure for Brandon...,.but that's just me...
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

Now I know what you mean. It does seem a little strange that Brandon did that last week and not this week. Maybe it was his way of making sure that our backups would get playing time in preparation of Boston College and the higher possibility of injuries or even trick plays.
