I'd just like to appologize in advance for not going. I have to have a thesis proposal in to my professor by Sunday afternoon (instead of Wednesday (FU**ING THANKSGIVING!!!!!!!!!), so I'm going to have to stay in BG, in front of a computer and Gametracker during the game. I really am sorry because I really do feel that I owe it to our team to go out and root for EMU. But, no such luck, so I can only humbly ask all of you that are going to cheer a bit louder for me.
Oh, and if you're discouraged about the game because of how Kent killed EMU last weekend, a buddy of mine from Kent told me that EMU's coach took the responsibility for the loss because he had the team training for NIU for two weeks instead of preparing for Kent (this was even after I tried to give Kent credit for whooping an up and coming program, too, nonetheless). If that is true (and I don't know for sure that it is), look for EMU to come out with guns blazing against NIU tommorow and possibly pulling the upset. If it happens, I don't want to say I called it, but...

It is not my intention to do away with government. It is rather to make it work - work with us, not over us; stand by our side, not ride on our back. Government can and must provide opportunity, not smother it; foster productivity, not stifle it. ~Ronald Reagan

I would like to appologize FOR going! For the first time in my life I will have to root for another MAC team besides BG and hopefully it will not suck. I will be sporting the Orange and Brown all day but it still feels wrong to be doing this to some extentBleeding Orange wrote:I'd just like to appologize in advance for not going.
