BG does not beat Miami unless they are significantly better. Hall of Fame coach Don Nehlen was fired for his inability to beat Miami. Denny Stolz lost to them six straight times. Moreover, Moe Ankney and Urban Meyer never beat Miami. Even in years when Miami only won one game they beat BG!
They have beaten BG on last second field goals, 94 yard interception returns, blocked punts, FGs for last second victories and 4th and 40 last second Hail Marys.
Didn't BG lose to Miami last year at home missing a chip shot 28 yd FG.

The MIAMI WHAMMY is alive and well!
Back in the 80's when Miami was in their winless streak, BG still couldn't beat them. It was a tie. And then, it was BG which allowed them to break their winless streak. I was at that game and nearly got decapitated by a goal post.
I hate Miami.
