For some reason (maybe I'm blinded by my hatred for Bush ;)) but I see the Falcons surprising many and taking the victory.

27-24.

1 carry by AT, he could have got ten for sure but decided to try and bounce outside and go for it all and instead only came up with five leaving us 3 yards short of a first down.
Yeah right girl!

All depends on which BG team shows up.

1st 4 weeks Falcons....BG 35, Kent State 24.

Last 2 weeks Falcons...Kent 28, BG 16.

Whoever kidnapped the 1st 4 weeks team, kindly return them in time for the rest of the season. :-D

With my optimistic glasses on,

BG - 31

Kent - 27

BG rushes for 56 yards as a team. Kent rushes for 210.
BG passes for 330, 4 td, 1 int. Kent passes for 175, but 3 picks

Eh, I'm not sure here. I don't think Kent has been as good as expected, but we've been terrible the last two weeks. I guess in a situation like this I must defer back to my early season prediction, that we would lose this game because of our inability to stop the rushing attack of Julian Edelman and Eugene Jarvis. 2 weeks back I could make the case that we could simply outscore Kent by passing it around all day, but I'm not very confident that will happen. TS and the offense will have to prove it to me first. The bottom line is, if we don't put up at least 30 points in this game, we're screwed because the defense is going to get torn up all day long.

I have NO FAITH WHATSOEVER in our run defense.

Until we make changes with our offense and our defense we will continue to get punched in the mouth in important MAC games.

It'll be much of the same. If I'm Doug Martin, I'm licking my chops about having the chance to get Edelman and Jarvis to rack up some big yards, and the fact that the defense will just need to take away the short game. Until I'm convinced the coaching staff can change things up, every game here on out is gonna have huge question marks.

Why would Temple's head coach care about Kent's chance to get big yards? I think he's got the Redhawks on the brain right now.
