I think your version is correct, but I remeber thinking why would a kicker ever want it on the hash? I guess the middle of the field was so far gone in that game that the hash seemed better? Still he would have needed to hook or slice the ball some to make it. Personally, I don't ever fault a kicker for missing a FG in that condition. To get the ball 1st & goal and play for a FG in that situation is right up there in the not top 10 of decisions coach Brandon has had in his time here.
