Page from OSU playbook

I would look for UT to take a page from the Tressel book, and put unrelenting pressure on our young QB.

Good luck with that, I cannot see them getting anymore pressure on Omar than any other team got. I really do not see their defense stopping us. The only defense that really had any success against us was Oklahoma and we still put up 24 pts. NIU's defense didnt stop us, we just didnt stop them and our O never got on the field.

I would welcome the thought of UT bringing blitzers at Omar all night. As good as the line has been and as good as PJ is at picking it up, it would just lead to Sanders, Sharon, Cole, and Hawkins 1-on-1 down the field. I feel bad for Toledo in those situations because they're going to lose a lot more than they're going to win.

Let them blitz from the outside, we'll run it up the gut. Let them blitz the inside, we'll run screens till they respect the short game. Then, when they drop back into normal coverage, we go deep. Thus, the brillance of the spread offense.

BG is very gifted on offense. We have a great couple of backs and a plethora of receivers we can go to.

UT doesn't have the personnel to get much pressure on Omar. Their best chance at stopping our offense is to run Scooter McFatass and Parmalee at us with the hope of keeping Omar and the offense on the bench. That's the only spot on the field we can't score from.

If we get scored on by someone named Scooter, I'm going to cry.

I really don't think anything the UT "defense" does will hurt us....Flipper is correct. The only way UT has a chance in this game is if they can run the ball and move the chains....keeping Omar and CO. off the field. Now UT can do that...they did it in Dekalb.

But, Keon and the D will just intercept Brucie a few times and score! :D

I will be very surprised if BG doesn't score at least 55 in this game.
