Well, with the housing market so bad, why would anyone pay $15 million for a house? I'm sure they're available at a substantial discount.

Plus, I doubt there are many $15 million houses in South Bend anyway.

Of course, it could be a real story that I hadn't heard yet. But I just figured with Notre Dame on Tuesday...
