Tha's all I can say about our shot of playing in MACC again...such a great season with a hangup in Dekalb that cost us a chance to defend...

If we beat Toledo, my frustration level will go down atleast.

It's kind of like the OSU-UM game. OSU had nothing to lose, they were going to a bowl and had the potential to be a spoiler. They almost had the spoiler if not for Iowa, but as for Toledo -we can be the ultimate spoiler.

Now that I think about it though, OSU had something to lose...losing to Michigan - they could have a losing season and beat UM and that would make things better....that game just means so much(that's why cooper got fired)

Some moron on the MACBBS board was actually trying to justify that all the pressure in this was game was on BG and not T_le_ _. I quickly pointed out to him that a UT loss would mean no MACC and no bowl bid.

What an idiot? :coo-coo: Actually, there is more pressure on UT. They are the ones still fighting for MACC appearance. We have nothing to lose but pride. The latest bowl outlook is showing 4 MAC teams in bowl games - Miami, NIU, UT, BG.

Oh well...who cares...regardless...

Not to mention UT was the overwhelming favorite to win the West this year. The pressure is on UT...their turf, their stadium. BG is playing focused football. Our guys are loose but ready. I still think BG rolls up 55 points in this one. I just got done watching the BG/Marshall game on tape and there ain't NO FREAKIN' WAY UT stops this offense. Our D will get enough stops to win this game.

Only 43 hours and 43 minutes till kickoff....
