Brown Uniforms?

Maybe somebody already has mentioned it, but I was more than a little surprised when I saw them.

When did you see them, at the Tip-Off Banquet? Dang, I hope they chose a good design for these new uni's. I'm ecstatic to hear brown is coming to our b-ball jerseys. Brown is beautiful people!

Man, next Thurs. can't get here soon enough!

Hey, if they choose an excellent design for the uni's there be no need for the uni's to be ugly just cuz brown might be a dominant color this time. I'd love to see more brown in our uni's , just hope they design the jerseys right.

I have yet to see these for myself, but I've heard from some reliable sources that they would be wearing Brown this year.

I just hope they have some orange in them still. I don't care for our Brown Football jerseys because of the total lack of orange.

My understanding is that they will be brown. And it's the Right Thing To Do.

TV-24 out of Toledo showed them on the 6:00 sports report tonight. Definitely will take some getting used to.

Does anyone else in the country have brown uniforms? Besides Brown, the Ivy league school.

Off hand, the Division I schools that have brown in their scheme include:

Brown (with red, I believe)
Bowling Green (with orange)
St. Bonaventure (with yellow and white)
Western Michigan (with black and gold)
Wyoming (with yellow or gold)

There may be a couple of others.

Only some of them wear brown as a dominant color in basketball.
Wyoming does. It seems Brown does.

We know Western Michigan doesn't. I'm not sure about Bonaventure.

I did see them, up close and liked what I saw. They looked like a typical basketball jersey (not T-shirt type), with orange and white trim.
