A UT Stunt for Tuesday?
Talk about a stunt...some TU people came and painted our rock last night. While they were doing this, we were in turdledo painting theirs. Of course when we got back and saw ours, we repainted it Orange and Brown so students don't have to wake up and see those nasty turdledo colors on the rock!
I have a pretty good idea of who was here painting ours and I must say, they took things to the next level. In TU, we paint the rock and the sidewalk next to it. Nothing that can't be covered up because destroying property for the long run is uncalled for. However, some TU fans decided to spray paint F%&k over the top of BGSU on one of the new signs placed on campus. If some of you don't know, in the past month they have put up signs with arrows guiding people where to do on campus. The one by the music building now is degraded. It was dry when we saw it and basically what I'm saying is they ruined the brand new sign. I doubt paint thinner would do the trick because it'd just screw up the brown of the sign too. It just pisses me off that someone could be so stupid to do that. But when talking about a turdledo student, I guess it's expected

Mike I hope you got some pictures of my school rock painted up orange, I'd like to see it that way.
I wouldnt expect anything less from my "peers" than intentionally destroying property. They have no class or any sense of honor. I will be happy when we beat them on the field. let them have their fun now, the last laugh, and bowl game, shall be ours.

We got pictures that will be uploaded soon! I'm going to send off the pictures of our rock painted by turdledo to Coach Brandon too. There were some things on there that could help get the players motivated.

I'm not even sure that hate is the word for what I feel for the people who did that. I truly hope that no one from BGSU does the same to anything on their campus.
And, thank you McMetz for acting with class and showing school pride in painting the UT rock. It is people like you who help to keep this rivalry alive not only through word, but action as well.

If the sign you are referring to is the one on Ridge Street, I was just driving by there about an hour ago. There were a couple of maintenance department trucks parked near it. In the back of one was what was possibly a power washer or something similar. Couldn't really see the sign from the position of the trucks.
They would be waiting for us the night before the game. They group that came and painted ours was trying to get ours before we did theirs. Too bad we did them at the same time and both the Spirit Rocks ended up Orange anyways! The stuff on the sign is gone now, campus worked painted over it or took it off. They also got to our Spirit Rock and put pure white all over our text. I didn't know having Tuck Foledo was a bad thingBGSUfanatUT wrote:I just wish you had waited ONE MORE DAY Mike so i could have assited you.O well. I asked some of my fraternity members to stroll by and see if the rock was still orange.

I also noticed a yellow "UT" spray painted on the campus mailbox outside of saddlmeir today. I don't recall that being there before, so I imagine there could be small graffiti all over campus, theoretically...

Call the police. You have to have permission from OCI to paint it.
