Louisville or Boise could end up in BCS bowl if Texas loses to Texas A&M. I think that would be great!!!
Another Mid-Major in BCS Bowl...

ahh yes, I was just telling Kdog about this last night. Boise actually dropped in the BCS rankings though
But there is still a good chance that them or Louisville could sneak into the top 6 and make some more history!. Lets just cheer for some upsets now!

Here I was thinking in terms of Boise being the big story outside of Utah. I totally forgot about Louisville being in the mix.
Of course, UL is a short-timer headed for the Big East, so I'm not sure I would really consider it as being the same thing as a long-term CUSA team making it.
I think the BCS might come to realize there is a lot to be gained from having more of 1A in the mix than just the major conferences.

Boise actually managed to move to #7 this week....so all it takes is for A&M to upset Texas and we'll have two mid-majors in the BCS. Cal would be left sitting at home even though they are ranked #4 and barely lost at USC. Bit of a shame, but busting the BCS is more important.

there's more to it than that...
if A&M pulls off the upset, boise still needs to beat nevada on the road the very next day to stay in the top 6. granted, boise should beat nevada no problem, but you're looking at a road game with a lot of pressure. there's no doubt that boise state's players could easily look past nevada and at the BCS bid.
