Just more reason for the college football elite to rip on the MAC. This game has been ugly as sin, and like I said earlier it makes you shake your head as to how BG gave up 47 to Miami but then dominated Akron.
Go figure this conference out.

Akron with another loss on first down and the world's worst throwing QB is in the game. Interception coming right up.

Miami scores on a fumble that should have been called offsides.

Yeah - how was that not offsides?
Oh well. Another year without a championship.

Spoke too soon........fumble for a TD. Thought the DT was offside.
Good call by Brookhart to put Jackson in at QB.

I didn't think I was seeing things. The guy that got the sack was clearly offsides. Obviously the refs just want this game to be over.

Indeed, winning seasons and bowl games are nice, but a conference championship is what matters. We haven't had a sniff since 2003, and that's something that the coaching staff needs to be measured by going into next year. Kudos to Miami, they did what they had to do. All we BG fans can hope for now is that we can win out, Ohio beats Miami and then CMU beats Miami to force them to 6-7 so we can play another game.

Akron just got a big 4th down stop...I hope they can drive down the field and get score...oh my that was almost a Miami interception.

More ineptitude from Miami gives Zippy another shot. At the 45 and a gain of 1 on first down, which beats their average on the night by 5 yards.
