In the Mac Volleyball Championships! Miami beats em in straight games 3-0. That was rather shocking. Miami was the only team I believe to beat OU all year in the Mac. Tough loss in the semi's by the falcons , but I know Van De Walle will get em back in race next year.

the only other team to sweep OU 3-0 this year was Stanford, who was the national runner-up last season

One thing I've noticed about OU's roster is that every year they seem to have a stud player that they have gotten from our own backyard in either C.Catholic or St. Ursula. Somehow VDW needs to start snagging them to BG instead of OU waltzing in and taking high quality talent from underneath us.

Again, this must be what it feels like to be Akron in women's basketball whenever we go and steal McCoy in a transfer and get Uhl and Hooten from that area.

It sux BG lost in the semis. Still, it was another solid year and BG will be back!
