No, its not. We have had teams that won big conference games on the road. This one simply does not. We are not where we need to be until we can do that--UT won @ NIU this time, and two years ago, something we have never done. This is a good team, but one that seemed to quit performing at critical points in two key games--were both starting the second half, or is that my imagination.

Our defensive coaches simply took a dump at halftime and forgot to flush!!!

I'd take either the '91 or '92 team. Played well on both sides the ball and won the close games, made big plays when they had to.
