One place to keep in mind is the Park Street Tavern, on Front Street behind the North Market.

A friend of mine who is a big Kent State fan likes to watch his games there. The owner may be a Kent State grad.

My opinion is not so relevant; I'll be in Mobile. Just a thought.

A place with lots of TVs, decent food, and style would be good. I yield to the masses as to where. I might suggest to our honored forum host, that we have a few stickies here for the major areas that know they'll have a party.

I've got one message into the Columbus Chapter contact, and am following up with the association at Mileti Thursday. News as I get it.

OK, update.

The Columbus Chapter of the Alumni Association, is NOT organizing an official watch party. They will however, be happy to use their ability to "blast" the entire chapter email list with the details of anything we organize.

So, that leaves us with some things to pin down. That also effectively makes this the official watch party thread.

Well, it would seem time to lock down where, what and when. Nothing new though.

In Westerville, you could also consider the Damon's on the corner of Polaris and State or Gordy's (was Scoreboard and then Rush Creek) on Sunbury Rd. near 161. You might be able to work-out something with a smaller place like Classics (near Damon's). I mention these places because I don't think BW3 is a great place to watch a game. Of course, others might disagree.

One place to keep in mind is the BW's on Bethel Road. Centrally located for most of you. Also, their is a Winking Lizard on Bethel at Godown. Seriously. There is a road called Godown. Another place to consider, except for you OSU haters, which is most of you, is the Varsity Club. I am sure they would be receptive to any and all on a Sunday night in January. Plenty of large screens, plenty of ICE COLD BEER, and plenty of eats.
