I hope our team watched ESPN...
on Bowl Mania tonight, they all took Tulsa as a virtual "lock" to beat us. I don't know much about Tulsa, but I would think we have a pretty darn good shot at winning this game!
4th & 13 on PU 32yd line.. 56,000 fans up on their feet screaming, i held my breath the entire play trying to make as little noise as possible.. wouldnt u know Sharon would make the biggest touchdown catch in the history of BG Football, FALCON UP!

Maybe now that we're the underdog in ESPN's eyes, we can get a Lou Holtz pep talk out of it.BGSUFootballFan wrote:on Bowl Mania tonight, they all took Tulsa as a virtual "lock" to beat us. I don't know much about Tulsa, but I would think we have a pretty darn good shot at winning this game!
Should we all pitch in and buy him a Falcons jacket and hat and send it to Bristol?

Who gives a sh#t what Jesse Palmer thinks! Didn't he want to choose a wife in a 12 week process on a lame ass "reality" show?
Let the whole world pick Tulsa. BG's gonna be ready!
BTW, Has anyone played over on Tulsa's message board? In a nutshell...they are the most boring MF'ers I've encountered. Arrogant as well.

Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor!?! Forget it, I'm rollin'. Anyway, this whole "Bowl Mania" show sucked. I don't like how they just did an "aside" type prediction for a few bowl games. I really think they should have done an in-depth analysis of each game. Not just an.."oh, by the way, I think Tulsa's gonna beat BG, or Purdue's gonna beat CMU." I tuned into the show thinking there would be some good stuff on each game. Not the case.

I'm not surprised that many media will be picking Tulsa.
To pick who would win in this game they probably looked at the statistics, records and then compared the two. We can absolutely win, but gun to my head I would pick Tulsa. This has the makings of one of those 6 OT games that people talk about for months where neither team can stop eachother. Should be very exciting.

I understand why Tulsa is favored, I'm just saying I hope our team was watching the broadcast because they weren't giving us much of a prayer at winning this game. As an athlete myself I know that I can strike a cord and give a ton of new found energy and motivation to whomever the statement was made against. LETS GO FALCONS!
