You can't run a "stretch" play on fourth and short.TG1996 wrote:I HATE that playcall... from any team.h2oville rocket wrote:No flaming here and I don't know much about football but on fourth and 1/2 is it wise to pitch the ball to your Jr. High size back 7 yards deep in thebackfield? I thought that was a very odd play call.

I would like to know why we've been punting since the beginning of the 3rd quarter and Tulsa is still passing for touchdowns. I'm not a football genius here, but is getting beat by 80 that much worse than 50. Throw the dang ball and keep the punt team on the sideline.

This is probably the worst game that I have ever seen Bowling Green play -------- and that's going back many, many years. It's almost unreal that a Bowl team could be this bad, this inept, in fact, this inert. It's embarrassing. Why would they save the worst for last ---- where was the preparation, where were the adjustments. One thing for sure, Tulsa is a good ball club --- they've got ultra speed and I can see why they were in the heavy scoring column for most of the year. Looks like their defensive backs and receivers were all sprint champions in high school. The BG players look like they're swimming in molasses for the most part. And that "granite wall" isn't playing for crap tonight --- especially the second half. And unfortunately, this game will hang like a cloud on the BG program for a long time to come. Too Bad. --- Where does the buck stop??? Brandon, maybe??

Some of you people really just need to meet each other face-to-face instead of polluting this website anymore, OK?
