Ball State Wednesday

Post by TG1996 »

This may only apply to me and two others here, but a few members of the Indy alumni chapter is meeting up at Damons in Muncie around 5pm before heading to the arena Wednesday night. Not sure if I'm going to make it up in time for that, but if anyone's heading to the game and looking for a bite to eat ahead of time, I'm sure there'll be room at the table with some fellow Falcons.

It's going to be a lot different game than I think we figured a month ago, with our turnaround since Christmas (combined with abysmal road play) and Ball State looking like they might have a pulse after all.

I was 100% going, now I am 50%. My wife has a work function that I am trying to get out of going. She wants to go to the game as well. I will be flying solo if I do go. If I do go, I am leaving straight from work and will get to Muncie around 6:15.

I'm 100% going, but if the wife goes, I might be in the same arrival window you are. The note from the alumni group said they'd probably sit about halfway up behind the BG bench. I'll probably just show up and look for orange.

Oh, and I don't know if it's that way for all of Indy, but check the back pages of the phone book, there's a buy one/get one coupon for Ball State sports.

I'll be in Muncie by 3 but I doubt if I'll get my BSU friend away from the Locker Room or that Greek pizza joint.

It'll be good to see some orange at the game.

After the game, we'll be at the Chug.

H2O, I think you missed my point. Maybe you have never had plans change. :?

I am now going. I be going solo. I got out of the work function :-). I think Damon's by 5:00 is still out. TG, I will probably do the same in buying the ticket.

Cool. I'll be there at some point with the wife, barring another tornado/rain/snow day.

Well, see?- it WAS 100%! :-D Ball State will definitely not be an easy win in Muncie- Newell is a beast. Have a good trip. Weather looks dicey.

Big game for BG. This is just the type of road game BG needs to win if they are to remain competitive within the East Division. Even if BSU is playing better right now, 3-15 is still 3-15.
