Seeking testimonials on the Athlete Tech jerseys

Post by Schadenfreude »

I'm going to order one. But I'm unsure of the size.

I'm big: Six foot five, about 290 (pretty close to Andrew Hart, who, of course, lacks my paunch and could kick my ass).

Normally, I would order an XXLT (or, in formal wear terms, a 48 extra long).

Not sure how that translates to Athlete Tech. I thought I remembered reading they run small, so I have my eye on an XXXL.

Is this safe?

Hey...I'm 6'-5" and about 290 also...I'm more like a 54 long though.
We should team up with McMetz and just scare the crap out of the UT fans next year at the Doyt.

Can't tell you a thing about those jerseys, though...

Mine's a 2XL and I'm 6'5 315. I am still upset that they messed my jersey up and then never responded to my emails about it but oh well. I don't think I'd want to wait those weeks of sending it back to get a new one during football season! From what I've seen, they have been rather inconsistent with them. Freak's and mine both don't have the brown running down the side. Some others that I have seen do and look fine but then some of the others that I've seen with it down the side have a completely different brown color. Almost looks like a tan pea green poop or something. No matter what, I still say order one from there! The do a great job with printing the numbers and names on (definitely not iron-on transfers) and it'll be a suprise look when you get it :P

I'm 6'2" and 223 pounds and I purchased both the home and away jerseys. I love them....both are 2XL and fit perfectly.

Speed? I can barely walk much less run on anything...

Size is nothing when your knee cap goes to the side of your leg :P

With my jersey, the size of the jersey matched the size of a t-shirt, just a little bit longer. But, I will warn you that the jersey's take forever to ship.

I'm 6'0" 210# (small next to the rest of you guys) and ordered XL's for me. I really like my jerseys. I don't recall them taking an inordinate time to get here, but maybe it wasn't their busy season. Overall, I was pleased with the products.

Man, we have some big people on this site. I guess we all answer the question "you want fries with that?" in the affirmative. That's why we love Tom Amstutz, he makes us all feel so slim.
