... what an awesome combination! We made quesadillas the other night and I used that as the flavor base for the filling and it was outstanding. I've used it many times, but it was just great with black beans, melted cheese, etc.

I seem to remember hearing once that there is a genetic trait that folks have in regard to cilantro. To some, it tastes like garlic. To others, it tastes like soap. I'm part of the latter group.hammb wrote:Absolutely two of my very favorite flavors.
