Thanks for the info! Looking forward to a MAC title this spring!

BG was picked to finish 2nd in the East behind Kent State. Salsburg and the Falcons return eight letter winners, including four All-MAC selections from the 2007 BGSU softball team, which posted a 33-12 record last season, the highest winning percentage in BG softball history

BG is the two time defending Chattanooga tourney champ...

Opening Day in 11 days already...And I'm excited to see Melissa Bott from Dover HS get her Falcon career going. She was stellar for the Tornadoes all four years and is an honor student. My sister Brenda (1987 BG Grad) had her in a class or two and said she is a dynamite kid.

BEST OF LUCK COACH SALSBURG AND FALCONS!

All going to depend on the contributions of a big Freshman contingent, particularly pitchers since Weimer is the only returning SP from last year.

Gouge is a Sr. this year. She was 14-7 last year, with 1.59 ERA earning 2nd team all-MAC. Plus the team's two Freshmen pitchers come from two of the top summer programs in the state.

Sorry must have missed Gouge in reviewing the roster. That is a much more comfortable situation pitching-wise

The team's loaded this year. The loss of Baca will be pretty tough, but I could easily see us winning the MAC. Salsburg is a great coach, and I highly recommend everyone catch at least one game. I can almost guarantee you'll see a couple homers.
