BG/Detroit Predictions

Ball State just roughed up Detroit in Detroit the other day. I hope we can do the same. Did you know that BG hasn't won in Detroit against UD since the 1956-57 season when we won by one point?! It's time for that to change!

Titan Hall has become a house of horrors for BG....but I like the run we've started. How good is Detroit this yr?

Since things are going well....why stop now? I like BG's defense to win this one.

Detroit's a pretty good team - but so is UIC and our D stepped it up big time.
I think they'll do the same in the Motor City.

This is a great opportunity for BG to get a solid road win. Detroit is 1-3 and has lost three consecutive games. But they are and have always been a very good team. UD is very athletic and has some good transfers from Michigam Syracuse and Michigan State that can play. But as I mentioned above, we have always struggled at Detroit in trying to get a win. Now is a great chance to get one. I hope we're up to the challenge.

UD was supposed to be better than this, and they are really tough at home. Winning at Detroit is as tough as winning at any MAC school--put another way, if we can win there, we can win lots of places.
