Detroit On Saturday

Post by FMBfan07 »

Anyone going up to Detroit Saturday for the game???

I know I am with 2 others. Would be cool to have a BG crowd there.

Haven't decided yet.

Not ruling out, but tough to get excited about it as well. A meaningless game against a mediocre opponent.

It is, however, another chance to see the Brown jerseys! I've been to 3 road games this year, and we're 0-fer, but those jerseys still look awesome! :)

I'm not sure if anyone has noticed this...but Martin Samarco's younger brother Josh plays for Detroit. Just interesting side note.

Was Martin Samarco's "real name" Marcus? Read the whole Bio.

I'm not sure, maybe it's a typo, but it could be his real name. I read that everyone refer's to his younger brother Josh as Scotty Samarco even though Josh is his real name. Hmm...

Detroit (Mercy) is a safe campus...as long as you stay within the boundaries of the campus. Be very safe around the area, as it's not the best neighborhood.

I would think it would VERY dangerous to wear a vest. Lots of Michigan fans in Detroit.
