Sad news for the Floyd family...

Thoughts and prayers are with them as they come to terms with this loss.

Absolutely terrible news...

I offer my condolences and wish him and his family the best...it's definitely tough getting through something like this.

I saw this obituary in the Blade last week. For some reason I always notice when young people die and wonder what happened. I didn't want to assume anything, but figured it had to be the former BG basketball player's brother. My condolences to John and his family.

I noticed it in a friends profile on Facebook...there are already a ton of messages on there wishing him and his family the best and many prayers...I want to emphasize that on here as well...Prayers and thoughts heading your way, John.

Wow that is sad. I can remember playing against Eric during open gyms at BGHS.

I think one my greatest fears is outliving my children, how sad that must be.
