He’s played in 29 games, including all 16 in 2007, and has logged one start at left guard. While most of his playing time has been on special teams and as a reserve, the Chargers are pleased with the progress they’ve seen from the 6-5, 318-pound versatile lineman.
Job security is a fine thing. For one thing, he gets to keep his nickname. Mooch. I'm not sure I would be too keen to use it, though. I think I would work on the assumption that one earns the right to.... Never mind. Who the hell though of "Mooch"?

My guess is that it's easier for some of them to pronounce than Mruczkowski. Especially with a mouth guard in. :P
