BG baseball beats Florida Gulf Coast, 5-2

The Falcons have won back-to-back games and are now 3-6 on the year. Next up, our third game against Northeastern who has beaten us twice already on this trip 11-8 and 4-1. Maybe the third time is a charm? BG has actually lost four consecutive games to Northeastern in Bradenton, Florida dating back to 2006:

L, 4-1 in 2008
L, 11-8 in 2008
L, 3-2 in 2007
L, 12-6 in 2006

Time to end that streak! GO BG!!!

GREAT to hear the Falcons get back to back wins....FGCU came into the game 8-1 so they must be a pretty decent team so far.

Time to take down Northeastern....
