But the gist of it was that AKRON played BG and lost...then proceeded to give a TON of praise to the Akron women...high point scorers etc.... Ultimate was that NO BG player was mentioned by name, nor was it mentioned that BG had won its 4th straight title etc.
Lead to the MAC scores said, "compiled from wire reports etc." I'm assuming that Akron must've been the source for this particular WIRE REPORT, but it seemed totally ridiculous in terms of a FACTUAL reporting of the game...If anyone still has the article and knows how to post the link to it...please do... I showed it to Joyce and her reaction was similar to mine.
