Buy your Miami tickets FAST

Post by MarkL »

So from what I understand, for at least the Friday game and maybe both games, all tickets are either sold or accounted for. So if you'd like tickets, call the Miami ticket office at 866-684-2957 and buy tickets from the BG allotment of tickets - these are accounted for but not sold, so they are still available. So buy them FAST and lets get a sellout of all of our tickets!
MarkL has spoken.
You may all now return to your daily lives.

I wonder why Miami only built a 3500 seat hockey arena? Its definitely looks (from pics) like a very nice place to play.

The same reason our convo is only going to be 5,000: you don't build a church for Christmas and Easter.

I'm not saying build a 10k seat building but a 5k or 6k would seem about right, after all this is the CCHA where we all play Michigan , MSU, ND, OSU all B10 football schools so I would think the demand would be there especially for a top team like Miami's been.

Prior until their last year in the "old" Goggin they had problems filling that place up.

They were just setting the foundation for the success they're having now. Blasi has been a savior for that program.

Hard time filling the place? Dude... you seriously don't know Miami Hockey... Five years of undergrad there ('97-'02), and with the exception of a few weeknight games, it was SRO for the most part. Now that does mean that there were 2200+ in the stands, and then probably another 200-400 standing.

Alot of games there were in excess of 3000+ people in Goggin, but we didn't tell the ever present fire marshall.

Miami's facility was also setup so that if they ever should fee inclined to grow... they can.

Just ordered 5 tickets today for Saturday's game and was informed that the BG section was sold out. :D :D Asked for alternative seating and was informed that there were some seats "close by", however they were in the Miaudi section. Again :D :D Wonder how we're going to look dressed in orange & brown amidst a sea of red?
