I guess I'm in the minority here but I am glad those inbreed hill jacks are out of the MAC. In my opinion one of the biggest mistakes we made as a conference was to let them BACK in. They were tossed out once and that should have been enough. I enjoy watching college football, not a team of thugs. The University presidents need to grow a pair and hire a new commissioner. One that has a clue on football scheduling and will advance the MAC. Chryst did that early on but progress has since leveled off. It's time for some new ideas.

I think it's difficult to appreciate Rick Chryst unless you followed a MAC program for several years before he arrived.

Agreed and Marshall has been equally as bad since they left.

I think Chryst did some good things early and made some improvements, but like many, has stayed beyond, and has nothing more to offer the league in terms of growth, and it is time for some new thoughts, or as they say in Toledo, "it is time to change direction". I think he has grown stale and it is time for a change.
