I'd assume Nate Brown would be here from last school year. I'd like to see Beam out there too, but who knows if he'll make it in from Cali, i heard it awfully nice there this time of year...

Having your email address in the directory is not necessarily indicative of being enrolled yet. i remember I received instructions to set up my BGSU webmail with my acceptance to the university.

My guess would be no Pankratz yet, unless someone knows something I don't (always super likely)
Finally a senior!

The only QB's you will see at the spring game are Sheehan, Brown and Tony Hunter.

I know Pankratz and Tanski will be here in the fall, but I thought JC's enrolled early, so I figured Beam was already here. Is this a good assumption, or am I making an ass of myself?

I know a couple of the JC's are here and usually they do enroll early, but I know that Beam is not yet practicing with the team.

JC Transfers

Post by Class of 61 »

I might be "off base" here, but it seems to me that Andrew Beam was signed at the SAME TIME as the HS Sr.'s.... So, we'd have already started classes in the 2nd semester by the time he'd signed on...
The other two JC's, I believe, were "early signs"...and thus able to get enrolled for the 2nd semester...
Please feel free to correct this if I've made the wrong conclusions.

Ok...let's say I am tailgating before the spring game a certain kid walks by that signed a LOI for football and attend BGSU do I...

Look at my feet until he passes

Do I say hello than tell him to leave the area immediately

Say hello, offer him a brat, hamburger, fish and a pop along with my 18 year old model daughter and tell him it would an honor if he would violate her.

Just need some guidance here

NCAA regulations clearly state all brats and 18 year old model daughters must be handed over to me. So the recruit is out of luck. :-D
