2008 Frozen Four!

Post by ffejfalcon »

WOW!! If Mimia can beat BC, the CCHA will have 3 of the 4 teams in the Frozen Four! There is no doubt that the CCHA is the BEST conf. in all of college hockey!

Hope to see BGSU back in this tournament soon!

Did you just say that BG hockey got screwed by not getting selected for the NCAA Hockey Tournament this year? I understand your passion for BG hockey but thats just a ridiculous statement at this time. We are quite a ways from being worth of being selected when we don't win our own conference tourney.

His use of "we" was for the CCHA, not BG

Well, Miami could'nt get it done. It's unfortunate because they outplayed BC the entire game except for 2 mts in the second period and 1 mt of overtime. Miami will be back but it has to sting to be ranked in the top 5 most of the year and really have nothing to show for it.

At least with BC reaching the Frozen Four, we have a viable option to cheering for a CCHA rival. Good luck Coach York!

\:D/ Miami didn't make it in. I couldn't watch it but from gametracker it looked like a pretty evenly played game. I guess it would've been nice to see another CCHA team in but my liking of the CCHA can't overcome my dislike for MU. I'm hoping Michigan can make it to the final game, as I believe they have a better chance to beat Wisc., UND, or Boston College than does Notre Dame.

I was pulling for BC because of my admiration for Coach York. I would like to see him get another title.

He's a 100% class act. It's really difficult for me to root against him (well, 'cept when BC is playing BG.)

I saw the game too and was pretty impressed. Hard to believe they got outshot by a decent margin in both games in the tournament so far and still came out on top. Shots were 39-18 for Princeton on Friday, pretty ridiculous. I think its safe to say UND wouldn't be in the Frozen Four without him.

Another thing, I'm def. liking your Jonathan Toews avatar. I guess he grew up right in your area in Winnipeg. It'd be nice to see his younger brother go far too.

DWhite, David Toews isn't as good as Jonathan was at 17, but he will be a force in 2A and the NHL.

I was refering as pointed out that the WE was the CCHA.
Just finished watching the RedHawks game...Damn...DAMN DAMN...some of the top guys on that squad just could not get it done...it happens and no one is at fault, but DAMN!
any way.
I dont see BC beating North Dakota, they have some time to prep for that game and well...I was wrong on Redskins so I might be wrong on that pick. I would like to think MI will win the whole thing but the time could benifit ND game or set them back....I do know the winner the of ND MI game will win the whole thing, as they are the better two teams

MACMAN Michigan is better than UND, but ND? I'm of course pulling for UND or BC. I 'm gonna ride the JPL train and his 1.64 GAA all they way.

If and only if ND is playing their best, which is inconsistent.
