You picked it the same as me. I didn't do too hot in the first two rounds but I ended up with 7/8 teams in the elite 8 and all of the Final Four. I also have Memphis over Carolina.

Didn't do any pools this year as they usually just lead to a ton of frustration for me (not a basketball guy), but I did pick Memphis as the team I'd like to see win it all.

As did I. AZZ minds must think alike eh? My bracket didn't look too good early on , it fact look terrible but slowly but surely the teams I thought would make it to the Final Four all showed up even though I was rooting hard for Davidson last night. Man that was a horribly designed play or what?

Is picking all #1 seeds really something anyone should be bragging about? it's like saying "I told you the red sox and yankees were going to compete for AL east title."

Yeah I was really bragging. And Falconboy was really bragging when he said he would have rather seen Davidson win then pick all 4 games correctly

You're joking, right? I think getting all four in the FF is pretty tough to do. Memphis only beat Miss State by 3, Kansas had to hold off a great Davidson team and UCLA had lots of trouble with TX A & M. All it takes is one subpar game and you're done. At least there isn't an argument like the BCS crap.

BTW, how did your bracket turn out?

Getting the entire Final Four correct is always an accomplishment. This is actually the 2nd year in a row that I had them all right in my bracket. I've never picked all the one seeds before, but this year those 4 teams were clearly the best 4 in college hoops. There wasn't even a close #5 in my mind. That played out pretty well in the brackets with only Texas making it to the Elite 8 of the #2 seeds, and they got destroyed by Memphis.

My first 2 rounds were terrible, but I had 6/8 and 4/4 for the past 2 rounds. I've got Memphis over Kansas in the final...if that happens I'll win some cash, but not a ton since my first 2 rounds were so poor. Last year I had Georgetown over UF, so OSU knocked me out of the money.

Hammb,

I agree. The four teams left, IMO, are clearly better than anyone else in the nation. I did pretty well in the early rounds and out of 48 people in our pool, I currently am 5th...and the 4 people ahead of me all have NC winning the title. This reminds me of the bowl season two years ago when I lead wire to wire and was one of 4 out of 71 that picked FL to beat OSU. All these guys are work were laughing saying "if you had picked OSU, you would have won the $$!! Now you're going to lose it all". Nothing like $300 in winnings to shut them up.

I have a feeling I may be banned from these pools pretty soon.. LOL!

Honestly, I did not even notice that I had picked all four one seeds to the final four until after the first weekend had passed. Then I heard someone like Jay Bilas or somebody say he had picked all four one seeds, and I was thinking man I would never do that. Than I was like wait a minute, I did that too. I don't really pay attention to the seed, I pick whoever I think the better team is and as you guys have pointed those were the best teams all season long. Usually there is team that will get a one seed that does not deserve it and received it more on their name than anything else. Wasn't the case this year.
