and in the wnit because we lost to ohio bobcats in the mac tournament on account of bad officiating. we got screwed in the second round of the wnit game again on account of the refs being big ten officials which didn't help us. the refs don't make consistent calls like they should some times i wonder if the refs are paid by the opposing team to make calls in their favor some officials are ok sometimes but not all. During last season for example at the first or second round of the mac tournament lindsay goldsberry if thats how you spell it anyways see got pushed to the floor numerous times and the officals didn't call a foul against the opponet and that struck me as dumb. The 2nd wnit game against michigan state i think it was the res were horrible in making calls the ncaa needs to fire all of its officials and hire new ones that aren't biased against bg because it seems that most refs seem to be biased against us

I think we can only focus on things we can control. The calls made by officials are out of that range. We just need to focus on scoring more points then our opponent.

Internally I've always thought that Mac refs had it in for Dakich when he was here cuz it seemed we to me that we got some of the worst calls at home during his tenure. I don't think quite as bad with the women but many calls at home over the years have really made me scratch my head.

The quality of MAC officiating, particularly on the women's side, may not always be great. But, I don't think any referee is out to get BGSU. As fans, we only remember the calls that went against our team, but I think the bad calls even out over the year.
