Rookie Fan Question

Post by FortWayneFalcon »

I'm axiously awaiting my opportunity to purchase my first season tickets for this year while hoping that they go on sale before the price of gas makes me rethink. Anybody have an idea when the ticket sales will start?

Not until the truckers stage a national 15mph go slow protest at fuel prices.

Back in the day I would leave early on Saturday and hitchike to games. Lived about eighty miles away- traveled free and met the most interesting people...often psychotic but interesting. But it would save you gas money.

Ah yes, a pilgrimage. There is nothing like a bit of respect. Properly done though, h2oville, you should really walk to the Doyt, and for complete fulfilment, with each step you take you would solemnly prostrate yourself in contemplation of Bowling Green's rich tradition. Rather like this chap, except he has a little more than 80 miles to go:

Ok, I get it. The price of gas is not to be relavent to my desire or ability to attend every possible game. I'm just anxious to know how soon I can start the process of becoming more than just an egg. Purchasing my season pass is currently my personal "gate 1" event.

The day you realize that anything those two say is about as far from relevant as you get on here is the day you take your first step past egg-hood.

Not sure about the season tickets, there are plenty of folks here that would have a better idea, but I always seem to remember them coming out mid-summer or so. Then again, since the schedule is out and apparently set, you can probably call the ticket office to get more direct answers.

I think the ticket forms are usually out before summer. I'm a little surprised that we have yet to see the renewal form.
