FIRE PALUCH,
PROGRAM IS GOING NOWHERE WITH HIM BEHIND THE BENCH.
Let's see...

The team's record slid a tiny bit the year after we lost both Sigalets and dropped dramatically the year that Jimmy Spratt was the undisputed number one goalie (and we lost Alex Foster early). Other than that the team has improved every single year under Paluch, including getting more than twice as many wins in 07-08 compared to 06-07.

I don't know what your personal beef is with Pooch (nor do I care) but at least get your facts straight before you start carrying on.

Dude, You really did not express an opinion. You made a couple over the top statements without any reasoning behind them.

A thread discussing coaching styles and philosophies as well as the merits of whether he is advancing or regressing the program is entirely appropriate.

And where did he call you a name? He only said that you would be afraid to forward the exact same statement to the AD because it would make you look ridiculous.

I'm sorry, but your grand total of 60+ posts don't cut you enough slack to go off like that without presenting any details.

Fact:
1: It is long enough that I CAN, in fact, phuck myself.

2: Your post of firing Paluch has been played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played and played on this forum. Does it need more discussion?

3: I didn't call you a chicken schit, but qualified your actions. Have you emailed the AD? Because that is what you SHOULD do.

4: Do you REALLY think the people who read this forum have ANY say in the hiring and firing of individuals? I've argued for Brandon to be removed from HC, but I back it up with my observations. I have never said that he was "worthless" because it's absurd reasoning. Besides, I was one of the first ones to state that he should get an extention this year because of his 2007 results. I still don't like him as Head Coach, but that doesn't ban me from looking at things *gasp* OBJECTIVELY.

5: Pooch had his team in the middle of the pack this year in the CCHA - a vast improvement from the prior year - and YET you still call for his being fired. He could win the conference and you would still be barking the same old tune hoping for some backup singers.

I live with the fear that one day I will stop being surprised to find college graduates who don't know the difference between "YOUR" and "YOU'RE" or "SIGHT" and "SITE".

Those kind of errors, combined with the infantile tone of your message makes if impossible for anyone to take you seriously.

I could care less about spell check on this site. I graduated with a 3.5 GPA. I definately do not have to prove my intelligence to you. Maybe you would like to compare bank statements. Than we'll see who the intelligent one is.

Some of the people on this site really amaze me.

Definately?

Buddy, poor grammar is a sign of either laziness or incompetence. Do you really want to be perceived as being either? No one knows you so this is the only thing we have to judge you by.

And I'm glad that you are doing well, but money can't buy respect.

If the coach treated you so poorly, did you speak to either the AD or someone who could mediate the situation?

Spouting off on a message board under the cover of anonymity proves nothing.

One would think, then, that you would have the wherewithal to pursue a more intelligent path to attain your goal because this method won't even get you close to your desired results. (Then again, there's a big difference between intelligence and maturity.) A different path was suggested to you and I would recommend that you put some of your self proclaimed intelligence to work and take it.

My guess is that there are more here that share a similar view to yours than you probably realize but you come across as nothing more than a former player with an axe to grind. Your eloquent command of the written word also doesn't do much to help the reader's perception of you. Regardless of your GPA, the only words that come to mind when I read your drivel is "big, dumb, jock". This apparently isn't the case but how am I to tell?

Bank statements as proof of intelligence? That kind of thinking got us 8 years of GW Bush in the White House.

We're all glad you're doing so well. The Alumni Association, Falcon Club and the ice arena renovation project can each use your support. How much shall we put you down for?

I will gladly donate money to the program, however I will not give a dime as long as Scott Paluch is the head coach of this team and I have made that very clear to the Athletice director along with the rest of my teamattes.
This is not a personal vendetta. It is a shame that players have to suffer under Pooch. Thank god for Rierden. Everyone should kiss his ass when you see him because Todd Rierden is saving this program right now. I think he should be rewarded and get the head coaching job. everyone should pay attention to what the team plays like when Rierden is behind the bench and when he is not. I guarantee you that they play much better with rierden behind the bench.

Than watch when it is just Poochface back there. Watch him panic, send out the wrong matchups with the lines. His inability to realize when you have to change your forecheck, neutral zone, defensive zone, power play and penalty kill. You know, make simple adjustments that a coach needs to make throughout the course of a game and a season. The guy is a wreck on the bench whenever you are in a close game. These things are so obvious. Seriously next season everyone watch very closely to this and you will understand what I am talking about.

I know this off the subject but,,,

Freddie, so let me guess, you are a democrat. That figures. If Obama or Clinton get elected everybody should get themselves a nice big jar of vasoline and lube your asses up real nice cause we are all gonna get Fu#ked.

Couple of additional things:

1) I'll see you're bank statement and raise you an MBA.

2) You're assuming I don't have eyes. You assume you know where I stand, but you can't really know because I haven't TOLD anyone where I stand on the coaching situation at BGSU.

Some things aren't as they appear. You're perception is a deceptive reality.

If bank statements are proof of intelligence then pro athletes wouldn't be getting arrested all the time, just saying

Your guess would be wrong. I'm an active Republican, and have never voted for any democrat for any national or statewide office. I am, however, embarrassed that my party could find no stronger leader or sharper mind that Dubya.

PS I was 100% certain that your response to my poke about donations to BGSU would be "I won't give till Pooch is gone". As usual, you've got it all backward. If you want your voice to be heard: give MORE, not less...that's the American way :)
