how quickly you forget about this pathetic display of football against Temple.

OSU is the SEC's beeeeeeeeeeeeotch.
Maybe cuz the sell out and get all that money...I mean you've been using this argument for months about OSU. Why is it Ok for OSU to play all their games at home but not anyone else? Please. OSU plays 7 or 8 home games a year. Kinda kills your point, doesn't it?![]()
How about @ South Carolina, @ Texas @ Tennessee @ Oklahoma, @ Miami, @ USC (all out of region) just to name a few in recent history or near future plus @ Toledo next year. AND the SEC leaves the south...when?[/size]
"The SEC is over rated and you guys don't know anything about them except what you hear on ESPN who has exclusive rights to SEC football. You get lopsided opinions instead of forming your own."
Really? I watch a TON of college football every year and the SEC, hands down, is better than any other conference. Tell me why I'm wrong. They prove it on the field...unlike OSU fans like you that run your piehole all year only to see OSU get their asses handed to them by SEC teams.
It is a false sense of "toughness" because they beat on each other and ESPN says how great they are when in reality every conference beats on each other and they were lucky enough to have 2 national champions in the last two years...so what. When someone does beat the SEC it is played off by the media as a fluke. It is a false sense of greatness just like it is a false sense of security if you feel that having sex offender registration laws make your cildren safer from sex offenders when in fact most children will fall victim to someone who had never yet committed (or at least been caught) and is NOT already on the registry.
"They always say they have the roughest schedules...really? Wow those OOC games must be tough playing ECU, WKU, FLA atlantic, LA lafayette and monroe, every year. So they beat on each other...big deal..so does the PAC 10, Big Ten, Big East, Big Twelve and the ACC. The difference is that the other conferences play other BCS schools instead of padding their OOC schedules every year and refusing to leave the south."
Yeah...Youngstown State, Kent State, Akron and Washington sure are tough ones, no? When do you schedule The Citadel? None of the conferences you listed are nearly as loaded, top to bottom, as the SEC.
That was one year when two teams bailed out of the schedule and Washington was a top 10 team when they were originally added to the schedule many years ago. Is it Ohio State's fault that two big east teams dropped out? Kind of like Boise and South Florida had done to you guys..It leaves you to scramble to find replacements, It is not like you can schedule another BCS team on short notice and get them to come to your place. Get real.
Try again next time.

Nobody has forgotten anything. We remembered the game well and it was that much better when we beat them this year. Saying we've been Temple's bitch lately is like saying OSU has been Illinois' bitch lately, simply because they lost to them last year.
Except, of course, that there'd be plenty more evidence to back up that point than yours. We didn't lose to Temple last year. We lost to them 2 years ago. Ohio State lost to Illinois last year, only beat them by 7 two years ago and only by 7 in '02.
Really, I understand you're just trying to stir everyone up, but at least attempt to do it by making some sort of sense.

Herbie is no god to anyone at OSU...he is a ESPN drive by media type. Yea the same ESPN that is majorly biased towards the SEC.moneymaker02 wrote:tek dude, even ur god herbstreit turned on osu after the national championship. he said he prays to god that osu is not in another national championship against the sec because it is a joke. oh, and when joe mcknight gets done with you in the fall ull see that usc doesnt have down years under pete carroll, they just reload.
Herbies opinion counts in Columbus since.....when?
And OSU doesn't just reload??????
On a year when they were supposed to have a "down" year they go to their second national title game..
Do you have an argument here or are you just going to steal media members opinions?
What? No argument of your own?? Didn't think so.
It was Temple's first win in like 4 years...pathetic...Peregrinner wrote:Tek, I know your point isn't even remotely based on logic, but really.tekekini wrote:http://www.usatoday.com/sports/scores10 ... 702117.htmFalconfreak90 wrote:BG is Temple's bitch? That is enough to be remembered as Temple's bitch for another 3 years.
OSU may continue to lose to SEC teams but at least they are only losing to National Champions. BG can keep losing to teams with 30 game losing streaks.
