This is great news. Coach Roos does a great job, and she's a fantastic person to boot.
It also is a de facto succession plan, God forbid.

I'm stoked at this news as well. Very much deserved and probably over due but as the release stated no one else has really done this before.

Yes , not only deserving but a pre-emptive strike should (again God forbid) Miller moves elsewhere.
