#4 most hated sports club in the country....

Talk about the Buckeyes the Wolverines the Hilltoppers the Ducks the Beavers the Chanticleers... or anyone else who isn't BG or an opponent in this forum.

The MAC sucks.

It is not real football. It is little league football.

Tek... I notice you have a comment for me here, but you've failed to respond to my response regarding the 63-14 dismantling that OSU took from Penn State back in '94 in the football forum. Hmm...crazy. Can't imagine why you wouldn't have a retort for that. And, trust me, I'm sure you took a gander at it and decided to casually push that one aside....you big jerk you.

OSU swallows.

Actually, I didn't see it. but now that you mention it...who was the head coach then? Good recruiter and a horrible big game coach? Enough said.

Why does everyone like to bring up games from 15 years ago or 50 years ago as if OSU is never allowed to have a bad game here or there.

How about BG's failure to win a conference title in how long now? How about their loss to Tulsa? We can play this game.

Afterall OSU has the best wining percentage in the nation since 1928. Beat that stat if you want to talk history. Even though UM holds the overall record (at the time being) no thanks to Cooper (or else it would be about even); The Bucks have the winning record over the last 50 years over UM (modern day football).

How about, when Woody Hayes wanted to repent for slugging Clemson's defensive tackle Charlie Bauman in the 1978 Gator Bowl, he didn't do it in Columbus. Instead, he went to Ohio's spiritual home of football, Bowling Green, to apologize to Doyt Perry in person. And Bo.

Slam dunk.

Now look- Teke's way out in left field, a BG alum who thinks he went to OSU but don't get carried away here, Z. Spiritual home? If Ohio has one its east of here in a town called Massilon...

Canton is more of a spiritual home for football than Massillon.

Whichever, it certainly isn't BG. Maybe even Toledo, but not BG... :-D

Pro Hall of Fame in Canton but I still vote for Massilon cuz back in the day, before high school recruiting became legal, Massilon was IT.

The facts speak for themselves. BG it is. When OSU gets a coach good enough to name their stadium after, I'll think about it again. Seriously, can you imagine calling a football stadium claiming to be the spiritual seat of the pigskin "The Woody"?

Places like Ohio State don't have to name their stadiums after coaches. That is what shitty schools do who have only had one head coach worth a damn. When most of your coaches in history have been great you name new buildings, awards and scholorship funds after them, not the stadium that they have all shared their success in.

But go on and believe what your broken brain allows you to believe.

Ask anyone where they think the football capital of Ohio is and NO ONE will tell you that it is BG. The most common answer will be Canton. The most common answer out of Ohio will be Columbus.

He's got a point- BG did admit Tiniki which puts them squarely in the sh*tty category. Although BG had another coach who was pretty good- Coaches for Florida in the SEC now- name of Meyer. I think he beat OSU for the BCS title one year. So maybe BG has a couple of coaches who were good. Not John Cooper mind you but good. LOL What a tool!
