and the kittens quake with fear
for they know the time of their defeat
is ever creeping near

The coin is tossed and we recieve
excitement reigns supreme
the second bowl game in two years
fulfillment of a dream

The kicker strikes the ball does fly
lancing through the air
Sharon sees the coverage
and signals the catch is fair

1st and 10 on the 8
it not the best of starts
but Omar's on and Magner too
It's time to show some heart

PJ's in the handoff takes
he's straight ahead for three
then it's Omar out to Sanders
and 1st on the seventeen

The next big play is awesome
as Lane takes it to the 9
74 yards is one good run
right down the left field line.

The next play is amazing
right from two thousand three
It's Omar out to Magner
and Magner back to thee

Its in and that is seven points
These boys are on the game
whats more the next 3 quarters
are just more of the same

The real surprise if one there is
comes from the defensive line
as they stop that tiger running game
on the proverbial short dime.

So there is my prediction.
It's here for all to read
it might be slightly biased
cause of this orange I bleed.

Still I can't but help from thinking
when I lay my head to sleep
of the promises of next year
and Omar going deep.

very creative, but if I see a fair catch at the 8 of the opening kickoff, I'm going to put my mouth on the beer tap and not come up until someone shakes me and says "Sir, you have to put your pants on and go home now."

Very true, but you know we always pull one or two absolute DUMB moves in each game. I just prefer to get them out of the way of front than waiting till 2 minutes left in the 4th.
