If Ohio State was in the SEC, they'd be lucky to go .500. Same with the Big 12. There is no way the Big 11 comes close to those two. Heck I would put the PAC 10 or even the ACC above the BiG 11 right now. Phil Steele has the BiG 11 rated as the FOURTH best conference.

You need a clue to reality.

Wow. You know, I don't normally respond to many of these types of posts, or post all that often to be exact. I like to read and post if need be. But, I guess I must ask...why is this guy still around? His posts contribute little if any value to any discussion happening on the board. He is what the internet world deems a flamer. Not a flamer as in homosexual (I'll leave that to the others to decide), but a flamer as in he just posts things to get people irritated. I realize that doesn't violate any of the forum rules set forth in the registration policy, but perhaps the forum's rules could be amended to include such an addition. That, or just remove any of his posts that contribute nothing, like his last post. Then again, would he have any posts left?

Now, back to the reason this thread was created...

Joe Pa has clearly lost control of his team. As one previous poster had said, it's one thing if this was a bad month, or even a bad year, but when this happens for several years in a row, then it's clear that the coach has completely lost control of the team, and has also lost the respect of the players as a whole. Then, by just going on camera and saying, "That's a lie, this is a witch hunt, blah blah blah," does nothing to rid him of guilt. Most people see that as a guilty man with no real explanation. It is my opinion that his players are starting to see him as just some old guy telling them what to do, and they don't feel they need to listen to him.

It's like the families you see in the store, where the parents tell the kids to stay with them and behave, and all but one of them proceed to run around the store and cause problems. Clearly, the kids aren't afraid of their parents, either because they were never taught discipline to listen to their parents, never had any consequences for misbehaving, or never had any consistency in consequences or discipline.
