Fall Kickoff Event

Post by Freakling1 »

I'm excited for the Fall Kickoff Event. My dad said that one of the coaches is going to let us watch football practice from the Sebo Center! :-D

Remind never to get directions from you! If you go through Richmond to get to Chicago, you've gone about five hours out of your way.

I think the RV Hall of Fame is close to Elkhart, which is near South Bend.

Wife just called from the event and said she had a good time. Had a chance to meet a number of players, coaches and coaches wives too.

She got a kick out of all the young kids getting the posters signed.

She commented that everyone was having a great time and she can't wait for the season to start.

I quite enjoyed the event too. One thing for sure - this team has CHARACTER and a lot of it. Obviously they were having a great time out there, but what I noticed most was how great they all were with all of the kids there. I'm sure every parent that went there with young kids was just enthralled at how much fun their kids had and how great the young men on the team are with little ones.

I would like to join the group that enjoyed this event. All of the athletes were very friendly and made themselves extremely available to the kids. It was also good to see Freak and the Freaklings. I was glad to see more of the sports represented this year. It was a great turnout, now I can't wait until the next time I am in that stadium on Sept. 6. Just being on that turf again has me absolutely stoked for this coming football season. Oh and one last thought, I noticed that AT has slimmed down a little bit, which if you ask me should make him that much more explosive and deadly this season. 6 days to open 13 til home.

GO BG

I also enjoyed the event, and agree with everyone else when it comes to players availablity to the kids, thats always great and it'll make the kids want their parents to bring them to games. I agree with vw on more teams being there this year then last, always great to see as many teams there as possible
